  The Chair administers Central Committee meetings, serves as its spokesman, and provides the general leadership and direction of the Central Committee.

  Vice-Chair

  The Vice-Chair assists the Chair in the fulfillment of his duties and assumes those duties in the Chair’s absence.

  Secretary

  The Secretary records minutes of Officer and Central Committee meetings.

  

• Tina Masquelier

  Treasurer

  The Treasurer maintains financial records, prepares and files financial records as required by law on behalf of the Central Committee, and executes expenditures upon authorization from the Chair.
